By using the EHS website (www.ehs4u.co.uk) you agree to be bound by the TERMS and CONDITIONS, guidelines or PROTOCOLS applicable to any other service that may be posted from time to time. REFUND POLICY
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any payments made via this website for up to 7 working days following receipt of merchandise and receive a full refund.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at (info@ehs4u.co.uk), quoting your name and date of order. If we can not resolve the problem to your satisfaction, you may return the products to our Correspondence Address: 56 Lemon Street, Truro, TR1 2PE. Once received, we will make a refund, providing the items are unopened and undamaged.
Refunds are NOT given on any products that have been opened or/and used unless the item is proven faulty.
Funds will be credited to the same account from which it was debited.
If you wish to exchange an unopened item for another, a £5 charge to cover administration, postage and packing will be made on top of any cost difference of the items. A cheque payable to EHS Ltd (Equilibrium Health & Skincare Ltd) should be sent with your returned item. Please write cheque guarantee no. on the back of the cheque.
ORDERS LOST IN THE POST
If an order is lost in the Postal System, EHS Ltd will need to claim on the Post Office insurance. In completing our claim form, we will provide the name and contact details of the intended recipient.
